101 N Brand is an office and retail project located near Glendale’s shopping centers. The building has a 1,372 space garage with entrances at Orange and Broadway. The garage features a new parking technology platform with license plate recognition and monthly parkers can use QR passes stored in their Apple/Google wallets to access the garage.

1615 Platte (Circa) – Garage

Circa is a mixed-use building located in Denver’s historic Platte Street.  Built in 2018, the building has a 181-space underground parking garage.  The parking garage has new Parkonect technology installed with license plate recognition software.

1745 Sherman – Garage

1745 Sherman is an 826 space parking garage that serves the Atrium Campus: 1700 Broadway and 1740 Broadway.  Located on the west side of Denver’s Uptown submarket, this above ground parking structure provides covered, convenient parking.  The garage has new Flash parking technology installed with license plate recognition.

1800 Larimer Street – Garage

1800 Larimer is located between Denver’s LoDo and downtown submarkets. 1800 Larimer has an above ground garage that provides parking for visitors as well as a 3-level subterranean garage that provides parking for the tenants’ parkers.  The garage has new Parkonect technology installed with license plate recognition.

1999 Harrison Street (Lake Merritt Plaza) – Garage

Lake Merritt Plaza is a 27-story, Class A office tower located in downtown Oakland. The 538,000 square foot building has a covered parking garage. The garage has Flash Parking technology installed as well as charging stations.

2445 M Office & Fairmont Hotel – Garage

2445 M Street is a Class A office building located in downtown Washington D.C.  The 301,263 square foot building has an underground parking garage that serves the office building as well as the adjacent Fairmont Washington D.C. Georgetown hotel.  The garage has Flash Parking technology installed.

303 E. Wacker Dr. – Garage

225 Lower Columbus Drive, Chicago, IL

303 E Wacker is a 910,000 square foot office building located in Chicago’s East Loop submarket. Designed by modernist Joseph Fujikawa, the building is located near the lakefront and Millennium Park. The building has a 283 space, covered parking garage. The garage has Parkonect scanners installed to help facilitate online sales transactions.

600 Congress Avenue – Garage

600 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701

600 Congress is an iconic office building located in downtown Austin, just a few blocks from the Texas Capitol building. The 543,421 square foot building has an attached 856 space parking garage. The garage provides covered parking and the entrance is located on the south side of 7th Street between Colorado & Congress. The garage has new Flash parking technology installed with license plate recognition.

655 Montgomery – Garage

655 Montgomery is a 273,000 square foot office building located in downtown San Francisco.  The building is steps from the Hilton San Francisco Financial District and Transamerica Pyramid.  A 76 space valet parking facility provides parking for the building’s office tenants.

AMA Plaza – 401 N. State St.

AMA Plaa is a 52-story, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe designed building which comprises office space and the Langham Hotel.  The building has a stand-alone parking garage with an entrance located at 401 North State Street.  The 924-space garage has TIBA parking equipment installed as well as Parkonect scanners.

Foundry I

Foundry I is located in Austin’s Eastside District. The building has a three-level, underground parking facility with 278 parking spaces. The garage has Flash Parking technology installed and monthly parkers can use QR passes stored in their Apple/Google wallets to access the garage.

Foundry II is located in Austin’s Eastside District.  The building has a 4-level, underground parking garage with 380 parking spaces.  The garage has FlashPARCS parking technology installed with license plate recognition.

Lafayette Center is a Class A building located in DC’s central busines district. The 789,000 square foot building has a garage with 507 parking spaces.

Met Park East – Garage
